I have a pretty simple go to coffee recipe that seems to be very popular here lately.
My mother left Dallas three weeks ago asking for the recipe. And promptly bought herself a whipper.
Later in the same week a student of mine told me my coffee was “better than Starbucks”!
Now, I am not ready to sing it’s praises, to be honest. Probably because most people know that Starbucks sells espresso white chocolate drinks. Mine is just coffee. However, the day will come when we can talk about a white chocolate mocha/latte/ect… Being both a kitchen tech and DIY junkie, I really, REALLY want a Breville BES870XL espresso machine. This will happen.
In the mean time, I will admit to making a coffee that is good enough I do not veer from it very often. I blame the dirty snowman… really should write a post about that (see what happens when you write? You think of more stuff to write!)
Back to the topic at hand, white chocolate coffee… Here’s what you do:
One, Prep you coffee (simple enough).
Next, add in white chocolate chips. I only want a handful or so but you may want more. It’s up to you…
Stir it up. You know it’s good to go when your spoon comes out clean. Then add your creamer as you so choose. Again, my personal preference is half and half.
Add whip cream and you are good to go!
