Our house is filled with car nuts.
Okay, mostly just one car nut. Truth be told, we all kind of join in.
The cars are, to some extent, a member of the family.
So I figured I would introduce you to them one by one.
The first one I want to introduce you to is the Drag’n Wag’n 2.0. She is a 2001 Suzuki Esteem. Manual transmission and station wagon, hence the name.
I chose to write about her first because the orginal Drag’n Wag’n played such a part in how my husband and I got together.
Back in 2003 I started working at a Burger joint in town. After working there a few weeks, I saw a new name on the schedule and asked one of my friends (who was a car guy and we still talk to) who that Brandon T. guy was.
His response? “Oh, you won’t like him, he drives a station wagon and thinks he’s hot sh**.”
He was right, I didn’t like him, I loved him. To some extent, we owe it to Drag’n Wag’n no. 1.
This is drag’n wag’n no. 1. This picture was taken when Nevaeh was almost ready to be born (about nine years ago).
She was an automatic, that was the only difference besides color.
