I love when there is extra food for my kids to eat. Nevaeh has gotten into the habit of wanting me to make her breakfast before she goes to class (but after gym) because if she stops by my room then she does not have much time to eat.
I take every second I can get.
So when these babies had left overs, I made sure to save some for her tomorrow. We baked it in Nutrition along with a smoothie since they were both diabetic friendly I kept hearing from my nutrition students how good this recipe was. Really, though, who doesn’t love cheese, hamburger, onions and sausage? (Besides vegetarians)
I cannot wait to hear the “mmmmm” sound coming from my eleven year old.
