It feels SOOOOO good to not have anyone breathing down my neck, trying to tell me what I can write and if it’s good enough or not.
No worries, these posts won’t be two thousand words long either.
Plus, it’s life. Real life.
Not “Four Hundred Ways to Write this Post”.
It feels amazing.
Today I’m going to tell you about my second “woosa” besides cooking.
I love to plan.
As in- my planner is at the house and it bothers me. I won’t be home until this evening… and I will probably grab it first thing.
Here are the ways that I use it:
- Menu planning and grocery list. Same 1/2 sheet of paper- one side for each.
- Anything I want to make a list for.
- Financial stuff
- To keep track of stuff (naturally)- you know who, what, when, where, why
- And…. Memory keeping.
Yes, the last one is important. The 2017 planner is now in my hope chest. It’s filled with pictures, good days, bad days, tickets, etc.
I love it! Dual purpose.
Sundays after church (or breakfast, if we miss church that week) my girls and I sit down and plan our week.
I love it when my oldest daughter, before we get the stickers out, says, “Is there anything we are doing this week that is important?”
This is why planning makes me smile. It reminds me what a beautiful life I lead.
That being said, I might add crafts that pertain to the planner. I hope you enjoy!
