I am not going to go through the whole how to of this one but I think it was a lot of fun to make in my food science class. The teens had a blast, I separated them into two groups- one group made the caviar, the other made the pudding, though I think we did get it off a different website. It really was amazing.

Edible beads of coffee that is delicious. I do not typically like black coffee but since it was cold and mixed with chocolate pudding, the results were fabulous. Silky to taste.
Naturally I wanted to put them in a fancy glass because it just makes it that much prettier. Prettier does equal tastier, right?
