I can say with pride that every year since 2013 I have kept my goals! Here is a recap of what they were:
2013: Take my family to Mall of America
2014: Save some money, lose some weight
2015: Have some fun (I went to Great Wolf Lodge and ran my first 5K which was awesome)
2016: Graduate College and start a “Big Girl” job that I totally love (HHS is the BEST)
I guess that brings us to 2017. I would, again, like to lose a little weight. In fourteen, I had a lot to lose and lost 30 pounds of it in three and a half months. It seemed pretty easy at the time too. I’m hoping I can do the same but need to get off my butt when I am at work. Eating better is a part of it too… which means you might see healthier recipes in seventeen, if you have not already.
I’m not going to make this my main focus, though, because I also have the same goal this year as I did in fifteen. I just want to have fun. So far, so good… I have a culinary competition I am volunteering at towards the end of the month and in February I start grad school and am going to a teacher’s garden leadership training on the same day! Not to mention my awesome new planner that has me set to accomplish my blogging goals for 2017.
